And Why Not Balloons delivered several beautiful displays of balloons for our 5th grade celebration. They were on time and very diligent in making sure everything was perfectly set up. Our daughter was in the hospital on her birthday and we were not able to be there with her. We were having trouble finding a florist to deliver on a Sunday in the middle of a virus shutdown. We called And Why Not Balloons who put together a fabulous balloon and floral arrangement with short notice and made the delivery right on time. The arrangement exceeded our expectations.
